Job Description
- Serve as the primary owner of key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and acting as the trusted point of contact.
- Lead strategic business discussions with C-level stakeholders to uncover needs and align telecom solutions that drive client value.
- Drive full sales process from opportunity planning to deal closure, collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, solution architects, delivery).
- Develop and negotiate complex, multi-solution contracts that balance client value and business profitability.
- Monitor account health, manage issues proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce and standardized sales tools to maintain pipeline visibility and support data-driven account strategies.
- Drive growth through account expansion, upsell, and renewal initiatives across assigned portfolio.
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Deep understanding of Managed Services (Networking, Data Centers, Security)
- Proven success in selling complex solutions to enterprise executives
- Experience managing large, multi-year contracts and full sales cycles
(more than 5 years' experience directly in SI company.)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
【Advantage】
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Communicative Japanese skill
