    Packaging---Paper packages, plastic packages, package inserts, leaflets, labels, etc.

    【Job summary】
    ■ Sales Support (70~80%)
    - Accompany sales staff on client visits.
    - Prepare sales documents (e.g., quotations, invoices).
    - Handle inquiries from clients.
    ■ Import and Export Operations (20~30%)
    - Prepare and create required documents for import/export.
    - Coordinate schedules and communicate with logistics providers
    - Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and customs procedures.
    - Task as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Have experience of sales or sales coordinator
    - Interested in working or have experience working in Japanese companies
    - English communication level

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience of working in packaging industry or related field

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English
