  - Achieve sales and profit target per each customer and each product. Toward to select targeting
  customers, planning and implementing an annual sales and promotion plan in advance and
  implement.
  - Manage price structure and improve trade term condition
  - Develop Export business (USA, Australia, New Zealand etc.,)
  - Responsible for daily operation of sale department
  - Do report and submit to report line.
  - Visit an overseas client.

  - Sharing tactical activities and product launch information with export country.
  - Management product P/L.
  - Providing support for export country to amend tactical activities tailoring for different locations.
  - Providing feedback to RD for future product development based on overseas country
  requirements.
  - Planning and implementation of communication strategy (planning and management for company
  HP, SNS etc.,)
  - Providing input to the Senior Sales Manager to develop a commercial expansion strategy and
  prioritise regions for focused support.
