Job Description

- Processing full function of payroll programs - Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and taxes/Social security Fund - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in the payroll system. - Distributing summary files to approvers for final payroll approval. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs. - Preparing reports for relevant departments about compensation and benefits including the government departments. - Assist HR Manager Day-to-day operations of HR functions - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities. - Processing employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations. - Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties - Any other duties assigned by manager.
