Job Description
1.Customer Support
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and shipments, ensuring quick and effective responses for high customer satisfaction.
2.Shipment Coordination
-Manage logistics for air and ocean shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
3Problem Solving
-Identify and resolve shipping issues, proactively communicating any delays or changes to customers.
-Use critical thinking to address customer needs effectively.
4.Documentation and Compliance
-Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
-Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
5.Collaboration
-Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and assist in operational improvements.
6.Performance Tracking
-Monitor customer feedback and service metrics to support continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Requirement

- Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operation.
- Strong master of freight forwarding operations, ocean and air documentation, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.English Level
