Qualifications

• Requirement

  【Must】
  - More than 7 years of working experience
  - Hold a lawyer license
  - Capable of providing advice and services on a range of corporate matters for clients, including company registration, equity structure design, FBL/FBC application, land and property purchase, construction and operation permits, legal due diligence, business compliance, labor and employment compliance and other compliance legal services.
  - Proficient in the provisions of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Foreign Business Act, Labor Act and other laws and regulations, as well as the regulatory policies of government departments such as the Board of Investment (BOI) and the Industrial Estates Authority of Thailand (IEAT), capable of helping foreign clients understand and comply with these laws when establishing or expanding their business in Thailand, including proposing practical legal solutions.
