  • Job Description

    Recruitment:

    -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    -Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
    -Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    -Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

    Training & Development:

    -Identify training needs and develop annual training plans in coordination with department managers.
    -Design and deliver internal training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
    -Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
    -Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]

    -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    -At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and training functions.
    -Good command of English (spoken and written).
