• Job Description

  - The Finance & Accounting Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations functions of the company and its overseas subsidiaries in Vietnam.
  - Monitor and control P&L, cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
  - Work closely with the Chief Accountant in Vietnam to ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with local regulations.
  - Manage and coordinate with the Shared Service Center in Thailand, covering finance support, accounting consolidation, and reporting.
  - Travel frequently to Vietnam to work with on-site accounting and finance teams and support business operations.
  - Direct, manage, and oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and investor relations.
  - Responsible for overseeing accounting and related functions to ensure relevant reporting compliance according to SET, SEC, MOC, and other regulations.
  - Represent the company as a spokesperson in communication with analysts, investors, and shareholders.
  - Support and execute the company’s investment expansions and potential partnerships via new projects, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  - Provide recommendations and an execution plan to support the Strategic Plan of the company.
