- Responsible for sales activities of industrial machinery and related equipment to Chinese corporate clients.- Handle price negotiations, product proposals, and technical coordination with existing customers.- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support with factories and internal teams.- Identify and approach new potential Chinese clients; develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.- Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and contribute to business planning and reporting.- Support team operations and assist in managing a sales team of 6 members.- Visiting client about 2 times/week (Company car provided)- Other tasks assigned by manager

〇Product：Metal Scrap/Trading- Sale to existing customer, occasionally find new customers and suppliers. - Communicate, follow, inspect, visit supplier/customer who is the scrap dealers and factories.- Negotiate with customers and suppliers.- Report to the team and Japanese managements. (mostly we communicate in English).- Support senior sales and Japanese managements.- Task as needed
