• Translate customer goals into defined scopes, milestones and actionable plans, and ensure delivery stays on schedule• Break down requirements into clear tasks for engineering, data and product teams, and monitor progress in Jira• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work, coordinating dependencies, and identifying risks early• Check dashboards, reports and data deliverables before they are shared with customers, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage• Support customers throughout onboarding, product adoption and ongoing success• Understand their business objectives to identify how our products can better meet their needs• Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities, and assist with pre-sales activities when required• Translate customer issues into well-defined technical problems, coordinate resolutions, and ensure proper follow-through• Manage escalations professionally and identify solutions that work for both parties• Maintain clear documentation and timely status updates so everyone stays informed of progress

Key Responsibilities:- Project Management & System Implementation: Lead system implementation, integration, and continuous improvement across existing and upcoming retail stores.- Vendor Management: Coordinate directly with IT vendors, ERP solution providers, and system integrators to monitor progress and ensure seamless project delivery.- ERP Rollout & System Enhancement: Drive ERP implementation, operational digitalization, and system optimization across retail and head office operations.- Hands-on General IT Management: Oversee infrastructure, POS and retail systems, database management, and daily IT operations.
