[Job Summary]- Project Lifecycle Management: Define project objectives, scope, and development processes. Lead the full SDLC (Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Release) while ensuring balance between Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD).- Cross-Border Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a multicultural team of engineers in Thailand and stakeholders in Japan.
