- Design and build data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple sources such as PLC/CNC/IoT sensors, MES/ERP/CMMS, and CSV/Excel.- Data modeling and data warehouse / lakehouse design (schema design, SCD, metadata management, data quality monitoring).- Develop streaming platforms for real-time metrics (downtime, alerts, utilization) visualization and distribution.- Problem framing (OEE, setup/changeover, bottlenecks, quality, maintenance), hypothesis design, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.- Build models for time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and reliability analysis.
