• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data flow.• Architect and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics, AI, and mobile applications.• Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models to enhance business decision-making.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and Data) to identify and deliver innovative data-driven solutions.• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance within all innovation projects.• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review for junior engineers and analysts.• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, cloud data platforms, mobile integrations) to drive continuous innovation.
