-Collect, consolidate, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, POS, Google Analytics, Social Media, Inventory, Sales Reports).-Ensure data accuracy through data cleaning.-Connect data using Power Query, ETL, or APIs.-Build data models to support analysis.-Study customer journey, cohort analysis, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).-Evaluate marketing ROI and campaign performance.-Assess costs, gross margin (GM%), and forecast trends.-Create real-time dashboards and executive reports.-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Management teams.
