Job Summary:As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for not only developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, designing solutions that meet business requirements, and integrating Salesforce with other systems, but also providing suggestions by collaborating with our Sales team members and Salesforce Consultant members to support our customers’ digital transformation.After system implementations, you will also be responsible for analyzing and improving the implemented system with our customers.Responsibilities:- Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Component(LWC) and other technologies- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, including ERP and marketing automation systems by using Mulesoft or other ETL/ESB solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features- Assist in training junior or inexperienced Salesforce Developers

【Job Summary】 As the Head of Engineering, you will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for managing workloads, resource allocation for projects and pre-sales, and fostering the professional growth of our technical talent.Beyond people management, you will play a critical role in Project Governance—ensuring high-quality Salesforce deliveries—and Pre-sales Support, acting as the technical authority during the proposal phase. As we are in a rapid growth phase, you should be prepared to be "hands-on" when necessary to ensure client success.【Key Responsibilities】1. People Management & Leadership● Align team objectives with company goals and provide strategic recommendations to management for business expansion.● Manage and optimize engineer workloads and resource allocation across projects and pre-sales activities.● Set performance KPIs, conduct evaluations, and provide regular mentorship/coaching.● Lead the recruitment process for new technical talent to scale the team.2.
