The Senior Software Developer (C#) is responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and developing new features for Windows-based applications using C#. This role also involves integrating systems with WebService APIs, managing database operations through SQL scripting, optimizing existing functionalities, and providing technical support to end users and internal teams.Windows Application Development- Improve and develop new features for Windows applications using C#.- Maintain and enhance existing systems to increase efficiency, performance, and stability.- Modernize legacy modules and commands to align with current technologies and best practices.API Integration & System Connectivity- Develop and enhance system integrations with various WebService APIs.- Ensure seamless data exchange and connectivity between internal and external systems.Database Management & SQL Scripting- Write SQL scripts to manage database operations such as data extraction, updates, and optimization.- Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure system data consistency.System Improvement & Optimization- Analyze existing system functions and identify opportunities for improvement.- Implement solutions that enhance system reliability, performance, and usability.Technical Support & Consultation- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for system users.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve application issues and enhance user experience.- Assist in diagnosing system problems and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities:People Management:- Understand the company's goals, share them with team members, and work together to achieve them.- Provide recommendations to the management team on how to expand and improve the company's business.- Manage and optimize the workload of members.- Assign engineers to pre-sales activities and project teams based on skills and expertise.- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.- Support the growth and development of engineers through training, mentorship, and coaching.- Interviewers in hiring new members and evaluating them.Project Management:- Supervise project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.- Identify and handle project risks.- When issues arise, take action to resolve them with the team member and report to the MD.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.Pre-sales Activities:- Assign a member in charge of pre-sales based on the request from the sales AE.- Provide technical expertise with Salesforce products in the proposal process.- Review and approve proposals primarily from a technical and Salesforce solution perspective.- Review and approve the engineer's workload man-hour estimates for the proposal price.
