Direct Sales- Pre-Sales (New Customer Proposals)- Collaboration with the sales team for developing sales strategies- Creation of technical proposal documentation- Demonstration (Demo) creation and execution- Presentation delivery- Addressing technical questions (Q&A)- Implementation and OnboardingPost-Sales (Existing Customer Support)- Execution of training sessions- Addressing technical inquiries (troubleshooting, usage support, etc.) Partner Sales-Technical knowledge transfer of our products- Technical support for their sales team- Handling technical inquiriesDevelopment- Custom development for our SaaS using JavaScript and no-code tools Other Tasks- Frontline response during incidents (e.g., service outages)- Internal system development and operation- Internal meetings

Responsibilities:- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process - Responsible for pre-sales consultation of projects, including need analysis, technical communication and solution design- Responsible for the full-cycle management of pre-sales technical support to meet the process, quality and requirements- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work is best practice and in line with client requirements - Managing the sales bid process
