Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily restaurant and FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.• Support menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and assist the team during peak hours.• Manage purchasing, invoice payments, and FOH inventory control.• Identify training needs and support team development.Marketing & Revenue Growth• Coordinate marketing, events, and promotions with the Executive Chef and Owner.• Support PR activities and propose initiatives to increase traffic and revenue.Wine Sales & Inventory• Promote the wine list and train staff on wine knowledge and upselling.• Manage FOH inventory including wine, glassware, uniforms, and printed materials.• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.Operations & Guest Experience• Lead the FOH team during service and ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen.• Maintain service quality, restaurant ambiance, and overall guest experience.• Monitor guest feedback and handle service recovery when needed.Team Management• Supervise and support the FOH team.• Conduct briefings, manage scheduling, and assist with onboarding and staff development.• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
