Key Responsibilities●Store Operations & Performance- Oversee daily operational activities of D-Sports stores, including customer service and internal resource management.- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve store operations to achieve business targets.- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance store performance and customer experience.●Project Coordination & New Store Expansion- Track and manage progress, timelines, and budgets for multiple new store opening projects using project management tools.- Act as the main point of coordination between internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, IT) and external parties (contractors, designers, suppliers).- Support all pre-opening activities, including site preparation, equipment procurement, and delivery follow-up.●Team & System Preparation- Coordinate with the HR department on recruitment scheduling and training programs for new store staff.- Support the IT team in installing POS systems, networks, and related infrastructure at new locations.●Documentation & Compliance- Ensure all required licenses and permits are obtained prior to store opening.- Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including contracts, drawings, plans, and reports.
