Create content calendars, monitor trends, engage with followers, and ensure consistent brand messaging.4. Online Reputation Management:Respond to online customer reviews on platforms like Google Reviews, LINEMAN, and GRAB. Manage the company’s digital reputation by addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and promoting positive customer experiences.5. Collaboration with Store Teams:Work closely with store teams and business partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives, seasonal promotions, new product launches, and special events.6.
