• 工作内容

  1. Sales & Export Operations
  - Manage sales and export operations for Thai food products, including ginger and pickled ginger exported to Japan
  - Develop sales strategies, monitor business performance, and identify new business opportunities
  - Coordinate and negotiate with Thai suppliers regarding pricing, product specifications, quality, and delivery schedules
  - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and the Head Office in Japan to ensure smooth business operations
  - Gather and report market information, sales updates, and business trends to the Head Office in Japan
  - Coordinate meetings and business activities with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
  - Provide Thai-Japanese interpretation during supplier visits, customer meetings, and internal meetings as required
  - Travel domestically and internationally for business trips, supplier visits, and business meetings
  - Welcome and support overseas customers and business partners visiting Thailand

  3. Team Management
  - Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 members, depending on business needs.
  - Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives
  - Coach, support, and develop team members to improve their performance and professional skills
  - Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication and cooperation among team members and relevant departments
  - Report sales performance, business progress, and team activities to management
  
  4. Other Responsibilities
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to support overall business operations
  - Handle other duties and special projects as assigned by management
