[IT support]- Maintain and manage internal computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.- Install, configure, and update software applications according to user requirements.- Provide help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues for company employees.- Manage network infrastructure, internet connections, Wi-Fi, and network equipment.- Manage user accounts and system access permissions.- Perform data backups and maintain information security.- Coordinate with external vendors on system maintenance and technical issues.- Maintain records and documentation for IT equipment and company IT assets.- Support the implementation and operation of ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.- Maintain and manage company server systems, including hardware, software, data backups, and data recovery.- Gather information and coordinate across departments to meet customer IT security requirements.- Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.[ISO support]- Control and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) document control system in accordance with ISO requirements and related standards.- Act as the Document Control Center (DCC), creating, reviewing, revising, distributing, and withdrawing documents, and controlling the storage of quality records.- Review procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records to ensure they are up to date and compliant with requirements.- Prepare and maintain the Master List and Record Control List.- Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual internal audits according to the annual plan.- Prepare the internal audit schedule and coordinate with internal auditors.- Conduct internal audits or participate as an internal auditor to evaluate compliance with ISO standards and company management systems.- Prepare internal audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.- Follow up on non-conformity issues through to closure.- Support external audits and audits conducted by certification bodies.- Prepare required documents, records, and evidence for internal and external audits.- Prepare ISO performance reports and present findings to executive management.- Conduct employee training and awareness activities regarding ISO standards.- Support continuous improvement activities and management system enhancements.- Perform other duties related to the Quality Management System and tasks assigned by superiors.[Admin Support]- Monitor and manage wastewater treatment facilities and perform wastewater measurements.- Check the operational status of solar power generation systems and report findings.- Create and manage welcome boards using the software program.- Prepare venues, supplies, audio-visual equipment, and computer equipment for meetings and conference rooms.
