  Job Overview:
  We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our team at the Ayutthaya factory. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and supervising a small team of 5 staff members.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Oversee and handle daily accounting and financial operations for the manufacturing plant.
  - Supervise, guide, and support a team of 5 accounting staff members.
  - Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance with Thai taxation laws (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.).
  - Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
  - Coordinate with internal/external auditors, revenue department officers, and tax advisers.
  - Monitor cost accounting and inventory control specific to factory operations.
