  【Responsibilities】
  - Support the Store Manager and oversee daily store operations
  - Manage staff scheduling, training, development, and task allocation
  - Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  - Manage store operations to achieve sales and operational targets
  - Manage inventory and store supplies, including proper ordering and usage
  - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  - Respond promptly and appropriately to operational issues and unexpected situations
  - Identify and propose improvements to operational efficiency and service quality
  - Oversee store operations and staff management in the Store Manager’s absence
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and Japanese-style service standards
  - Other tasks assigned by managers
