• 工作内容

  - Manpower role
  - Oversees the entire manpower in the boutique. Takes accountability for planning, maintaining, and
  controlling the job functions of all positions working within the boutique, including but not limited to
  work allocations, manpower scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, controlling, and motivating the
  manpower working within the boutique.
  
  - Inventory role
  - Oversees and takes accountability for all inventory in the boutique, including but not limited to
  stocktaking, inventory control, discount and pricing control, and maintaining inventory-related directives
  given by management.
  
  - Purchasing role
  - Acts as the first-level control for all purchasing-related matters. Takes accountability for inventory
  recommendations, re-stocking, and purchases of timepieces or other operational items, and ensures
  compliance with purchasing directives and controls given by management.
  
  - Customer Service Standards
  - Manages and is proactive in ensuring customer service standards and mindset are maintained within
  the boutique. This includes regular monitoring, training, correction, and reinforcement of proper and
  high customer service standards among all employees.
  
  - Sales Role
  - Oversees the sales team within the boutique and takes accountability for the monthly sales target. Ensures
  employees are motivated and encouraged to meet individual and group sales targets, adheres to discount
  policies and sales promotions, and supports events and marketing-related activities.
  
  - Safety and Security Role
  - Oversees and ensures general boutique safety and security procedures are adhered to, including but
  not limited to fire safety measures, work-related safety measures, shop security procedures, employee
  security procedures, and stock collection or delivery security procedures.
  
  - Housekeeping standards
  - Oversees and ensures general housekeeping throughout the boutique, including tidiness and cleanliness,
  proper displays, clean and clear glass on all display units, clean and safe furniture, clean carpets, and
  air conditioners.
