• 工作内容

  1. Existing Customer Management – 80%
  - Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  - Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
  - Regularly visit and communicate with customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
  - Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through additional services or increased storage requirements.
  - Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues or complaints.
  - Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  - Follow up on customer requests, operational issues, quotations, contracts, and service requirements.
  - Monitor customer usage, business volume, and account performance.
  - Develop long-term relationships with customers to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  - Prepare regular customer and sales activity reports for management.
  
  2. New Business Development – 20%
  - Identify and approach potential customers within the cold storage, cold chain, food, FMCG, frozen food, import/export, and related industries.
  - Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
  - Conduct customer meetings and presentations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  - Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  - Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
  - Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  
  3. Business & Market Development
  - Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitors, and business opportunities within the cold storage and logistics industry.
  - Identify potential industries and customer segments for business expansion.
  - Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
  - Support the development of sales strategies and business development plans.
  
  4. Internal Coordination
  - Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and other relevant departments.
  - Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
  - Follow up on service issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  - Support contract renewal and commercial discussions with existing customers.
