  - Manage and expand existing customer accounts, with approximately 80% of the role focused on existing customers.
  - Develop new customer accounts.
  - Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, and product/service presentations for existing and prospective customers.
  - Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
  - Coordinate internally and externally to ensure that proposals meet customer expectations and requirements.
  - Coordinate with affiliated factories overseas (Japan and Hong Kong).
  - Japanese language skills are required for communication with Japanese staff.
  - Report to a Japanese manager.
  - Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
