工作内容

- Lead and manage the engineering team to meet project and operational goals- Plan and oversee engineering activities, including design, production support, and process improvement- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support operations- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiativ- Review technical documents and resolve engineering issues- Manage engineering resources, KPIs, and report progress to management- Support new product introduction and assigned engineering projects- Other tasks assigned by manager
