工作内容
- Supervise and monitor machine repair and inspection to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Review and ensure preventive maintenance plans for machinery and utility systems are completed according to the scheduled timeline.
- Source, coordinate, and supervise contractors for building expansion, construction projects, and machinery repair work.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
- Analyze maintenance issues, prepare monthly reports, identify problem trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve documents related to overtime (OT), gate passes for taking items out of the company, equipment requisitions, and contractors' work permits/documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
资格
任职资格
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
3–5 years of maintenance experience (machinery or facility maintenance), including at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role with leadership and team management responsibilities.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and spare parts management.
Experience in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and department budgeting.
Knowledge of occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Advantages:
