• 工作内容

  - Manage the Maintenance Department, set targets, and monitor machinery and utility maintenance activities.
  - Manage maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment in the factory and production processes.
  - Develop maintenance policies and plans to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably.
  - Plan and control departmental activities and supervise subordinates to achieve targets and work plans.
  - Manage and control maintenance costs and spare parts inventory within the company’s budget and cost targets.
  - Control the preparation and maintenance of maintenance manuals and documents in compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards.
  - Manage spare parts inventory and repair/fabrication activities.
  - Plan machinery maintenance activities, coordinate with relevant departments, and select external maintenance service providers.
  - Assess damage and breakdowns of critical or severely damaged machinery and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  - Conduct cost-benefit analysis to compare in-house and outsourced maintenance.
  - Conduct regular meetings to communicate, discuss, and resolve issues within the Maintenance Team.
  - Plan and oversee electrical systems and machine control/PLC programs.
  - Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  - Prepare annual and monthly maintenance budgets, monitor and report maintenance expenses, and develop cost-reduction and improvement plans.
  - Plan daily and monthly maintenance activities for maintenance staff in accordance with established work procedures.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
