  Position Overview：
  As an AI Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions and smart factory initiatives. You will serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor, leveraging predictive analytics platforms (specifically Altair RapidMiner) and Generative AI to solve real-world industrial challenges. You will play a pivotal role in driving Manufacturing DX, optimizing production lines, and delivering scalable AI architectures from proof of concept (PoC) to production.
  
  Responsibilities
  - AI Solution Architecture & Design: Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and deployment frameworks tailored to client requirements, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and integration with existing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, PLM).
  
  - Generative AI Implementation: Lead the practical, real-world integration of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows) to automate business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
  
  - Manufacturing DX & Smart Factory Leadership: Act as the primary technical consultant for manufacturing digital transformation projects. Design solutions for predictive maintenance, quality anomaly detection, yield optimization, and supply chain forecasting.
  
  - RapidMiner Implementation: Utilize Altair RapidMiner to design, validate, and deploy predictive models, ensuring clients maximize the value of their data assets through no-code/low-code and code-based analytics.
  
  - Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, value-driven business propositions for C-level executives and factory floor managers alike.
  
  - Technical Governance: Establish best practices for AI model monitoring, drift detection, data governance, and MLOps to ensure the long-term reliability of deployed models.
