工作内容
1. Provide a full range of general HR services: update employee information, monitor time attendance and leave records, approve overtime, and maintain personal documents.
2. Process payroll through the payroll system.
3. Handle general affairs such as grounds maintenance, housekeeping, company vehicles and drivers, and uniforms.
4. Support training programs and orientation, including in-house and public training, and maintain training records.
5. Prepare and process original documents for submission to government offices such as the Department of Employment and the Social Security Office.
6. Record and summarize data and prepare monthly reports.
7. Arrange the daily company minibus for employees based on shift schedules.
8. Support HR and general affairs teams to achieve company targets.
9. Participate in the Quality Management System (IATF 16949) and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
10. Process visas and work permits for foreign employees through IEAT.
11. Other tasks as assigned.
资格
任职资格
Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor law related to compensation and benefits.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email.
- Demonstrable presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
Advantages:
