  - Strategic & Performance Management: Translate company policies into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. Manage budgeting, performance/data reporting, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
  
  - Human Resource Management: Oversee workforce allocation, performance evaluations, and competency assessments for the team.
  
  - Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Ensure operations achieve targets through strategic execution, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot short-term and long-term issues, and optimize processes using professional/technical tools.
  
  - Training & Development: Provide guidance, establish employee development plans, enhance work-related skills, and motivate personnel through coaching and persuasion.
  
  - Quality, Safety & Environment: Implement strategies to maintain and continuously improve quality standards. Ensure workplace safety and manage environmental aspects in compliance with organizational objectives.
