  Responsibility:
  You are expected to manage 2-4 key accounts as member in Sales team.
  Scope of work is wide from client management to delivery management, including coordination with both internal and external parties.
  
  Job description:
  • Coordinate with Japan head office, business divisions, and customers on delivery-related matters
  • Collect customer forecasts to secure orders within appropriate lead times and prevent delivery issues
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, material planning, and sales forecasts, sharing findings internally
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with the head office and customers to secure appropriate profit margins
  • Monitor customer product evaluation progress related to PCNs (Product Change Notifications) through to completion
  • Coordinate with the head office and relevant departments to clarify issues and set priorities
  • Drive timely resolution of PCN-related issues
  • Support product/logistics claim handling with the head office, QA, and sales team from root-cause investigation to final resolution
