工作内容

- Oversee daily finance operations, including local and overseas payments, cash advances, business travel expenses, cheques, and online payment processing.- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.- Review employee expense reimbursements and monthly tax filings (PND.54, PP36) to ensure regulatory compliance.- Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage liquidity to support business operations.- Lead bank reconciliation processes and oversee month-end financial closing activities.- Prepare and submit foreign investment portfolio reports to the Bank of Thailand (BOT).- Manage corporate banking administration, including bank account opening/closure, authorized signatory updates, and bank guarantees.- Coordinate with banking partners to support cash management activities and maintain strong business relationships.- Drive continuous process improvements, strengthen internal financial controls, and support internal and external audit activities.- Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality financial services.
