  1. IT Support
  Provide technical support to employees for IT-related inquiries.
  Troubleshoot PC, network, and software issues.
  
  2. IT Infrastructure Management
  Manage and maintain PCs, printers, and network equipment.
  Support CCTV operation and basic troubleshooting.
  Set up and configure new PCs.
  
  3. IT Operations & Maintenance
  Monitor and verify backup processes.
  Perform security updates and routine maintenance.
  
  4. Vendor Coordination
  Liaise with external IT vendors.
  Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance services.
  
  5. System Support
  Assist in the operation of core business systems.
  Provide user support for internal systems.
  
  6. Data Management & Business Support
  Create and manage data files as assigned by the IT Manager.
  Support and advise departments on Excel data creation and process improvement.
