Product: Plastic compound
- Manage production planning and production control activities to support stable manufacturing operations
- Develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory status
- Plan and execute raw material ordering in accordance with production plans and established recipes (formulations)
- Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production
- Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, quality control, and warehouse teams
- Adjust production and material plans in response to changes in demand, supply conditions, or operational issues
- Support smooth execution of resin compound production in line with quality standards and specifications
- Analyze production data and inventory status to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- For supervisor-level roles, support and guide junior staff in daily production control activities
- Perform other production management–related tasks as assigned
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Conversational English (for internal communication)
- Able to commute to Bangpoo Industrial Estate
【Advantage】
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, production control, purchasing, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP, MRP, or production planning systems
- Experience meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment英文
