Production Operations Management
- Plan, manage, and control overall production operations to achieve production targets
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Improve production efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
- Ensure production processes comply with quality and safety standards
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise production staff and supervisors
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to production teams
- Foster a positive and productive working environment
Process Improvement
- Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor raw material usage and inventory control
- Ensure machinery, manpower, and production resources are utilized effectively
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related fields
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good command of English is preferred英文
