Production Operations Management- Plan, manage, and control overall production operations to achieve production targets- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery- Improve production efficiency, productivity, and operational performance- Ensure production processes comply with quality and safety standardsTeam Leadership- Lead and supervise production staff and supervisors- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to production teams- Foster a positive and productive working environmentProcess Improvement- Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issuesInventory & Resource Management- Monitor raw material usage and inventory control- Ensure machinery, manpower, and production resources are utilized effectively
