- Manage overall truck sales business operations and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze customer needs and identify business development opportunities
- Strengthen and improve the company’s market competitiveness
- Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching / advisory support to sales staff
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive business growth and customer acquisition in the truck / commercial vehicle market
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration / Marketing preferred)
- Good command of English
- Experience in truck business
- Must have a valid driving license英文
