【Responsibilities】- Present and sell the company’s products and services to current and potential clients.- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activities.- Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts and other potential clients.- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.- Develop and maintain sales materials and up-to-date product knowledge.- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.- Identify and resolve client concerns.- Prepare status reports on activities, sales closings, follow-up, and progress toward goals.- Communicate new product and service opportunities, developments, sales information, and feedback from field activities to the appropriate company staff.- Coordinate with company staff to complete the work required to close sales.- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.- Follow up with customers on accounts receivable and payment cheques. Collect and submit payments, and report to the Accounting Department regularly. Meet collection targets through careful follow-up.- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.- Coordinate shipping schedules and the delivery of merchandise and services.- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.- Handle claims related to tire products and prepare reports.- Perform other duties as assigned.
