  Responsibilities
  • Supervise QC team in inspecting finished footwear products before shipment.
  • Ensure all finished goods meet company standards and customer requirements for quality, durability, and appearance.
  • Conduct final inspections covering stitching, bonding, sole attachment, finishing, packaging, and labeling.
  • Approve and release finished goods for delivery after quality verification.
  • Identify and document defects, categorize severity, and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection records and generate quality reports for management review.
  • Develop and update final inspection procedures, checklists, and acceptance criteria specific to footwear.
  • Train QC inspectors on defect recognition, international quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor defect trends and recommend preventive measures to reduce rework and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer specifications, and regulatory standards relevant to footwear exports.
