工作内容
– Handle spare parts shipments locally and overseas, prepare documents, arrange dispatch, packing, and returns to Japan for repair claims.
– Oversee the full import cycle mainly from Japan (also Taiwan, China, Korea), coordinate with suppliers/forwarders, track shipments,
and ensure customs compliance.
– Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, download and forward chargeable invoices, and apply for Certificates of Origin and other required documents.
– Coordinate with Japan, customers, and internal teams on orders and shipments; follow up on overdue payments.
– Work with forwarders, couriers, and local suppliers to resolve payment or document issues.
– Track shipment status, follow up on delays, and resolve shipping or billing issues with agents and couriers.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Customer Service, or Import-Export
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient in Thai and Business-level English for speaking, reading, and writing英文
