工作内容

- Develop and implement a comprehensive purchasing and supply chain strategy aligned with company goals, establishing long-term objectives and KPIs.- Oversee and manage the Procurement Department, ensuring cost-effectiveness, supplier reliability, and on-time delivery performance.- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure accurate purchasing documentation and smooth operations.- Manage delivery schedules, shipment tracking, inspection, and acceptance processes to ensure material readiness and quality.- Lead and monitor compliance with IATF and ISM systems related to purchasing operations.- Prepare short- and long-term SCM strategic plans, including budget management and resource allocation.- Evaluate and enhance supplier performance through audits, visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive terms while maintaining quality and long-term relationships.- Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies, quality standards, and external regulations.- Develop and coach team members to enhance their competency and drive performance excellence.- Provide regular reports, cost analyses, and performance updates to management and regional HQ.- Participate actively in cross-departmental and company-wide projects as assigned.
