    The Deputy General Manager (DGM) will lead and oversee all Finance and Accounting Division operations in Thailand, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective control, and compliance with corporate, regional, and statutory standards.
    This position reports directly to the Regional Headquarters (Singapore) and will supervise a team of approximately 20 accounting professionals, including 2 Managers (AR & AP) and staff teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Leadership & Management
    - Oversee all functions of Finance and Accounting (Corporate & Liner Business).
    - Manage, monitor, and develop the performance of the accounting team (approx. 20 staff members).
    - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial and accounting issues efficiently.
    - Ensure the local agency’s operations align with Global HQ and Regional HQ (Singapore) policies and guidelines.
    - Prepare and develop systems and workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
    - Mentor, train, and develop team members to increase their competency and professional growth.

    Financial Operations & Control
    - Approve payment vouchers and ensure management’s approval process is properly followed.
    - Analyze and verify accounting records before monthly and year-end closings.
    - Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
    - Ensure all taxes — CIT, WHT, VAT — are properly calculated, reported, and submitted on time.
    - Monitor and control cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
    - Manage and control capital expenditure (CAPEX) to align with company investment budgets.
    - Collaborate with auditors and bankers to ensure accurate reporting and financial compliance.

    Budgeting & Planning
    - Gather business plans from all related departments to prepare and propose the annual financial budget for management review and approval.
    - Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
    - Support management in achieving financial and operational targets.

    Projects & Coordination
    - Oversee departmental improvement projects such as Withholding Tax Payable, Container Deposit, and ONE Finance initiatives.
    - Coordinate with GHQ, RHQ Singapore, auditors, and banks to support business operations.
    - Provide recommendations and reports to senior management regarding process improvements or strategic financial decisions.
    - Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    - At least 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 2+ years in management roles.
    - Strong background in corporate accounting, taxation, financial control, and budgeting.
    - Experience in multinational or shipping/logistics business is highly advantageous.
    - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
    - Ability to coordinate with regional/global teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
    - Proficient in English (written and spoken).
    - Strategic thinking with hands-on management approach.
