    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, LINE OA, Shopee, and Lazada.
    • Manage a monthly ad budget and lead strategy with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
    • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to maximize conversions.
    • Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and refine targeting, messaging, and funnels.
    • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate) and optimize campaigns.
    • Stay ahead of trends, including AI in Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and platform innovations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    Qualifications:
    • A challenger’s mindset: driven, ambitious, and data-informed.
    • 5 years+ hands-on experience managing ads
    • Proven track record with significant ad budgets and performance outcomes.
    • Strategic thinker who understands CRM, LTV, and marketing funnels.
    • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to turn insights into action.

    Advantage:
    • Ideally have experience in supplements, skincare, or beauty industry.
