Project: Construction (MEP)
Condition: Site based
1) Primary Function:
• Contract Engineer to manage and oversee contract-related activities for engineering, purchasing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracts are executed in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and project objectives
2) Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Estimation and EOQ
• Review and analyze BOQ, drawings, and specifications for MEP works
• Take-off quantities from construction drawing and shop drawings
• Prepare cost plans, cost comparisons, and variation works
Cost Control:
• Monitor and tract actual material usage and labor cost against budget
• Prepare cost reports for Project Manager
• Analyze financial risks and propose cost-saving solutions
Contract Administration/Monitoring:
• Prepare and review documents for Claim, Variation Order (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT), Timely preparation of Claim / VO / EOT documents
• Coordinate with contract team, client, and consultant for document closure
• Verify subcontractor payment certificates
资格
应征条件
[Must]
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of QS experience in MEP works (Experience in large projects such as factories, data centers. Or high-rise buildings in an advantage)
• Good knowledge of international construction standards and MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Able to work full-time at site and coordinate effectively with construction teams
• Proficiency in English Communication, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Knowledge FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Cost Estimate or others cost estimation software英文
