    A global logistics company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the customer service team. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, maintaining service quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s global standards.

    - Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve operational and service excellence.
    - Monitor productivity, KPIs, and team performance; adjust headcount and structure as needed.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
    - Handle customer complaints and coach team members on best practices for service recovery.
    - Conduct annual appraisals, set goals, and develop training and development plans.
    - Collaborate with Head Office, overseas branches, and internal departments to align on operational goals.
    - Manage and improve key processes, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and internal policies.
    - Lead and support strategic projects that contribute to the company’s growth and service innovation.
    - Maintain updated customer profiles and ensure all requirements are accurately processed.
    - Create and maintain a positive, motivated, and collaborative team environment.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
    - 8–10 years of experience in Customer Service management within the Shipping or Logistics industry.
    - Proven experience in leading teams and managing performance.
    - Strong understanding of shipping processes, procedures, and regulations.
    - Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    - Proficient in project management and performance improvement.
    - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    - Computer literate, with the ability to produce analytical reports and data insights.
