    [Responsibilities]
    - Install, upgrade computer Hardware / Software
    - Perform testing on new applications and/or new system features in Kintone
    - Monitor and recover the data interface issue
    - Responsible for user authorization and permission maintenance
    - Query data, develop a program, create reports (basic)
    - Support coordination with users to find out the causes of the problem and solve it
    - Automate and improve the efficiency of administrative tasks
    - From purchasing to accounting, including P/O management and sales processing to automated email distribution, report creation, AI, Google Workspace, and Kintone utilization
    - By utilizing Excel VBA, etc., you will be responsible for actual purchasing tasks and improve operations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related fields.
    - Basic Skills of Software Tester
    - Knowledge of RPA（Robotic Process Automation), Google Workspace, Power Automate

    [Advantage]
    - Knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL programming (Basic)
