  • 工作内容

    • Present and sell products related to Work Tops (Counter Tops) and Raw Boards (PB/MDF) under three key categories:
     1. Raw Material Distribution
     2. Kitchen & Bath Projects
     3. Furniture and Interior Design Projects
    • Conduct client visits to survey project sites, and collaborate with technicians to estimate installation costs and offer customized solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, handle objections professionally, and successfully close sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including technical, logistics, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
    • Expand customer base by identifying and developing new sales opportunities (e.g., designers, contractors, furniture makers, and interior firms).
    • Support the development of dealer and distribution networks, ensuring wide market coverage and product visibility.
    • Attend internal sales meetings at the office once a week; spend the remaining 4 days visiting clients or project sites.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Architecture, Design, or Engineering is a plus)
    • Experience in project sales, especially in specifying materials to architects, designers, or contractors
    • Proven ability to sell to furniture makers and build long-term partnerships
    • Experience in developing and managing a dealer or distributor network
    • Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required for site visits)
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
    • Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset
