  - Overseeing 4 teams
  (each team has a manager and 5–8 engineers, approx. 35 members in total).
  - Responsible for resource management, issue management, project management, technical guidance, and training/education.
  - Develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market trends.
  Establish and enforce policies, processes, and quality standards to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  - Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and business partners.
  - Drive business development initiatives, exploring new markets and diversifying customer base.
  - Report to Japanese MD
  - Other tasks assigned by MD
