• 工作内容

  - Improve and maintain the quality management system and monitor inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with the quality standards.
  - Handle the quality policies and standards for raw materials, parts, and finished products.
  - Control and inspect product quality according to the customer's standard.
  - Manage the QC team and monitor the performance evaluation and skill development.
  - Analyze and monitor defect trends, NG rate, and customer claims and coordinate internal and external audits
  - Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before export.
  - Checking for quality management systems and quality tools such as 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, 8D Report, and others.
  - Provide the necessary resource/equipment to support the quality management system and inspection system in the QC&QA section.
  - Contract to supplier, concerned section, and customer about product quality or any activity.
  - Promote lean, 5S, and KAIZEN activities within the department
  - Handle and support the implementation of ISO9001/IATF 16949 requirements.
  - Judgement about quality problems and approval of all quality documents in the company.
